Our information architecture was accounted for various levels of user engagement throughout user journey.

The user group is broken down into first time and the returning user group. The task flow is aligned with the feature sets that are co-ideated with stakeholders.

The workflows are created in depth to align the needs of technical touchpoints and the targeted personas.

All of our screen flows were pressured tested against more than hundreds of user stories before the development phase.

Communicating our design strategy clearly to our client, Surterra Wellness, our team developed a marketplace app for the wellness cannabis users in Florida to purchase and learn more about the medical use of cannabis products.

Our main paths to conversion were to increase awareness and to allow for seamless navigation to the offline wellness centers.

We expanded the strategy into future projects.
